Event plans are personalized to fit your child’s interests, age group, chosen themes, and preferred activities. BittyBugs will always include developmentally appropriate activities with educational opportunities.

The listed package options offer an overall idea and will be adapted to fit your needs after we connect. All options begin with a phone or email consultation, depending on your preference.

All Activity Options and Add-Ons

>Mix and match, or pick a package above.

>Event Style: Class, Pop-In, or Half/Half

  • Class: The group gathers at a specific time for consecutive activities

  • Pop-In: Children come and go, with walk-up activities available all throughout the scheduled time frame

  • Half/Half: A mini class at a specific time, with pop-in activities available before or after.

>Music with props, dances, games, and instruments

  • Available for Class and Half/Half styles only

>Story Time

  • One or two interactive book readings along with a little literacy basket to be available throughout the time frame.

>Group game or movement activity

  • Activities to get the kids moving and active, from superhero yoga to red light/green light, and more.

>Sensory Bins

  • 2 included, can be the same materials or different. More can be added on as requested. Each bin can be used by 3-4 children at a time.

>Individual Art Projects

  • Paper Project: Attending children each create a basic art project on cardstock, such as a handprint craft, simple paintings, etc.

  • Canvas Project: Art projects on individual canvases instead of paper for a more polished look

  • Keepsake Project: Each child decorates a special item such as a treasure box, picture frame, vase, mug, hat, T-Shirt, etc.

  • Mini-Books: Each child receives a personalized laminated mini-book or binder book based on your chosen theme. Note: Children’s info and photos must be provided ahead of time.

  • Sensory Bottles: Each child helps create a unique mini sensory bottle.

>Art Stations

  • Coloring: Age-appropriate coloring tools along with blank paper and themed coloring sheets

  • Mixed-Media: A variety of creation materials such as scissors, glue, feathers, pipe cleaners, popsicle sticks, paint, googly eyes, and more!

  • Jewelry: Beads and strings for making friendship-style bracelets, necklaces, and keychains

> Extras

  • Personalized Birthday Keepsake: T-Shirt, memory box, framed photo, birthday sensory bottle, and more

  • Goodie Bags: Age-appropriate goodie bags to match the theme of your event.
