Our services are offered in Jupiter, Florida, and surrounding areas. While we do not have a permanent location at the moment, BittyBugs brings the buzz to you when you book an event or host a season!

For the time being all services are priced on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances, such as number of children attending and level of entertainment requested.

For the time being, private groups are offered based on hosting availability. The host family chooses the age range and attendees. Public classes and events may be offered on occasion, so keep an eye on the calendar for those options as well!

The toddler life can be unpredictable, so we completely understand that plans may change! If a class is cancelled on behalf of the instructor or host, we will either reschedule to another date, or you will receive a refund for that day.

If you need to skip a class you’ve registered for, a full refund is available if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. If you must cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled class, you can choose between a 50% refund or a rescheduling opportunity, unless otherwise agreed upon.

We kindly ask that you do not bring symptomatic children into the group setting. If your child has a harsh cough, fever, or other common symptoms, please keep them home to protect the rest of the littles and their families.

Siblings are always welcome to join! If the sibling is participating, there will be a $15 charge per additional child. While we welcome all children, it’s important to note the activities may not be ideal for their age group, and without sufficient notice there could be a shortage of supplies for some projects.

While we want to lean into natural sensory exploration, of course we also need to keep these bugs healthy! We keep all materials clean and sanitary between classes. Fabric items (scarves, etc.) are machine washed in fragrance-free detergent. Sensory tools are sanitized in the dishwasher. Hard toys, sensory bins, and instruments are sanitized with CleanSmart Toy Disinfectant. Please feel free to reach out with any other questions regarding cleanliness and safety!
